Like it or hate it this is where 90% of info is these days and good info as well. Contact with Jan has been sketchy at best since his knee surgery last I heard he was swamped and had like 10 cars at his shop. Yes I am owed a tune as it was part of a package deal when I bought the tvs and the head. Yes there are many more people waiting as well as he has been busy. SO yes OWED a tune is the right nomenclature. I just hired someone myself to do it on the dyno and gave up. I dont have time to waste waiting for people.

But I have never bragged like look what I have and you dont so I dont get the OP's waiting for you to show up. Enjoy your thread.

FWIW the Pro ALLOY is almost 900 bucks by the time it gets here. There is no us distro and I have been trying to get them to stock them somewhere in the states.

Yeah, I've seen lots of his posts when researching the TVS900. Definitely knows his stuff.

It's all good, man. I appreciate you being cool instead of coming back to do the usually back-and-forth trash talking. Respect.

I know... I wish someone carried the Pro-Alloy in the US so I didn't have to pay over $200 in shipping and wait 6 weeks to get it.

I've decided to just buy a new OEM intercooler (mine has loads of bent fins and is dirty and corroded) coupled with a ddmworks air diverter. This will help keep my boost up since it flows well, keep the recovery time low thanks to the small size and the diverter, and the water/meth will do the job of keeping the IAT's down when I'm boosting a lot. All bases covered!

Plus I'm going to have Jan tune it in person, and I have to swap in the injectors at the dyno shop. Because the Pro-Alloy replaces the intake horn, it would add too much time/difficulty to the injector swap which I'll be pressured to do as quickly as possible. Plus I don't want to risk a boost leak since according to Pro-Alloy it requires a new gasket and RTV to seal properly.

I'll probably get the Pro-Alloy eventually. Since it won't affect boost, it shouldn't throw off the tune and the overall lower IAT's will be nice. Maybe it will be my Christmas present to myself .

Thanks guys!
