Auto To Manual Swap

I just looked at a package deal With a very clean 06 MCS Auto and a decent 04 MCS 6-speed.

the 06 has 71k and a bad auto trans. The 04 has a locked up motor But good trans.

I prefer the color and cleanliness of the 06 but what does it take to put a manual in an auto.
Aside from the pedals and center console, how much of the harness needs changed? Can I keep the steering wheel-even thou it has the paddles? What about the modules?

i know it’s easier to pull the motor and fix the 04 but I like the green one.
