MINI of Pittsburgh MAs

Hello! This is Casandara a MA from MINI of Pittsburgh. Graham just showed me this site and I think its great! I also wanted to reply to the comment about females selling MINIs. I agree that it is very refreshing to see some female faces when you walk through the front doors. I think MINI of Pittsburgh has done a wonderful job of providing the consumers with a variety of MAs. There is someone here for just about any personality. We aim to make you feel comfortable. I hope we are doing a great job! If you like you can contact Mindy or myself. We are always excited to hear from new MINI people.

But that's my issue...I'm not a new MINI person. I'm an old '03 MINI person and just because I'm not ready to buy yet I still would like to be treated like I would be a perspective buyer, which I will be at some point. Don't get me wrong, I am not refusing to go to MINI of Pittsburgh. I will go and will continue to use their services. I live about an hour and 45 minutes away- It's not like I can drop by all the time to talk about my MINI(thank goodness for sites like these so that I can) but when I am at the dealer, I really don't want to be ignored. Show me what's new, think of me as a future purchaser. Show me around, what's different, hand me some goodies to keep my spirits high. Keep me updated and I won't feel like I am part of the wall when I come in:smile:

Wow, this is Graham again (using my screen name). I think I've tried to say that this Pittsburgh team is breaking the mold of how cars are sold. I'm a MINI owner, take my car to the track, love my car, know my car inside and out, know how to demonstrate MINIs to new owners, am likeable, am not pushy, am exuburant, can excite customers, won't ignore you, can deliver out-of-state, have an enormous inventory, have unsold pipeline orders that can be changed to your specs and shorten the wait time, da da da.

I work for customer smiles. Those make my day!

I already worked my first career (in computers, traveled the planet), this one I love!!

We have a great inventory of cars, a great showroom team, and enthusiasm all around.

I used to work in Corporate Info Technology and learned customer service from a global standpoint. Now I get to change the way cars are sold - everyday!

Call me and see! I get 100s on my satisfaction surveys all the time!

As a rule, I try to stay out of dealerships, any dealership, as much as possible. If I'm there, it's usually because I have a problem or need to buy a part. However, the MINI of Pittsburgh dealership had a nice boutique/coffee shop atmosphere about it. I also liked that the BMW side of the business (along with the attitude) was keep as separate as possible.

They had plenty of items to oogle for last-minute Christmas buys, a great inventory of cars, and a friendly staff.

Now, I don't know if they participate in the after-purchase ownership appreciation program, since I haven't received any of the gift packs, but I do feel appreciated everytime Mindy sends me a note or leaves a voicemail.

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead, but I was hoping to get a rise out of Graham or another MA from MINI of Pittsburgh.

I purchased a Used 2003 Jet Black MC locally in Southeast Ohio that was purchased new at Global Imports MINI in Atlanta. I just purchased it a few months back, but it's time for service and inspection 2.

I've called several dealerships for prices on service, and on the phone with Pittsburgh Mini was where I received the best price and most information about my Mini. I'm not sure who I just spoke with, perhaps Brian was his name, but he was very nice and when he found out how far I was driving (nearly 2 hours) he offered shuttle service and mentioned several nearby malls and museums.

I have about 2000 miles left on my service indicator before inspection 2, and based on my experience on the phone, can't wait to get to pittsburgh and have my first experience with what looks to be my new MINI Service Center / Dealer.

Thanks for the good customer service experience on the phone, and I'll be scheduling my appointment soon for April!

Graham here from MINI of Pittsburgh! Well there aren't too many MINI dealerships that have their own MINI racer on staff and it sure helps our service department thoroughly understand the product! My car undergoes regular health checkups at the dealership and my car is way out there ahead of the everyday driver. Our service departrment has to be one of the best based on servicing my needs!

Next track day is at Beaverun in PA (www.beaverun.com) Sunday March 19. All are welcome and the price is good ($180)!

Wow! Most track days around the country are $200. This then is a heck of a deal! We should have a great turn out!
