Check all your vacuum connections for leaks, esp the hard plugs on the S/C.
Also unplug and replug your throttle body, may just be sticking a little, I've found a unplug and plug can sometimes do the trick.
But it does sound more like a vacuum leak to the MAP sensor, which reads "too" low vacuum, where as the T-MAP reads "too".high levels.

Don't trust that it's idling and running smooth, this isn't old school troubleshooting. Mini ECU's are very good at adapting for problems like vacuum leaks and smaller issues, with you never knowing there's a problem, under normal driving.
