R50/53 Transmission Support replacement

Transmission Support replacement
All,
I got my car from an auction after it was crashed. First gear thread is here.(https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...k-to-life.html)
After getting it under the lights, it's apparent that the transmission support bracket is snapped right in half. I found one on ebay that's listed as a 2002-2008.

My understanding is that there was a 'bracket A' and a bracket 'B'. Is there any info on the difference? Is there a visual check to know which is which?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
