Rebuild CVT unit (R50)

Can anyone recommend a shop in the bay area (Norcal) to rebuild a spare faulty CVT unit.

One of the forum members purchased a new CVT transmission on Ebay for $1,300. I doubt anyone would rebuild one for less. Here's the link to the thread:
