So i have bought a mini cooper R50 that wont start.

It has been sitting for about 2 years and now i bought it to restore it.

The Battery was dead, So i bought a new one. Didnt work. I bought a new starter motor since the old was a bit slow when i tested it on the ground. Still Nothing. I tried a new ignition Switch, no luck.

When i turn the key everything lights up but the starter motor Doesnt engage.

Could it be the immobilizer?

I only have the blank key, previous owner says it worked but She used to unlock the car first with another key. And the other key is.. Lost.

Suggestions?

Also the fuel Pump goes constantly and is loud, so does the servo Pump.

Main issue is that the girl wont start. Wont Even try!
