Crank but no spark

Hey guys,
Im new to the whole forum thing so I hope I am in the right place.

I was driving home from the grocery store and my 2006 R50 sputtered really rough, so I pulled off into a parking space and turned it off. Now it wont start. I towed the car home and started trying to figure out what the issue is.
I replaced the fuel pump thinking that may be the issue. Then checked fuel pressure and that seems fine. I did the screwdriver from plug wire trick to test for spark and im getting nothing. So, the car is cranking, not getting spark. Where do I go from here? IT has a brand new battery purchased a month before the car died. I also replaced the alternator during this whole ordeal.
Thank you so much for any help!
-Branden

Possibly bad crank position sensor. Didn’t see the comment about not connecting to a scanner. Your ECU may be bad.

I would take the battery down to Autozone or O'Reilly's and have them check it. Even though it's new, it could be bad. Plus, if you're not getting spark through the plug wires, your coil is definitely something you should also check.

Maybe the timing chain skipped a tooth and got the timing out of wack... Check the timing chain tensioner and hopefully it's not lose... This not usually the case for a chain driven timing... But for cars with those rubber timing belt.. if their belt skip a tooth, it will cause that problem of crank and no start...

oh wait my bad, i didnt read your post carefully about the no spark part.. it could be the spark plugs, the spark plug cable, or the coilpack...

Replaced tons of stuff

Ok so first off the thank you for the replies, I truly appreciate it.

I replaced the crank sensor, tried to check for spark at the plugs and wasn’t getting anything. I replaced the coil pack, no luck. So I just ordered a cam sensor after reading that it can cause similar issues.

I should mention, I replaced the clutch a year ago.
my ABS sensor has been on for a bit, but I didn’t think that would have anything to do with it.
