Are the stock pistons forged or not?

I drive a 2005 r53 and I was wondering if the factory pistons and other internals were cast or forged. I’ve looked everywhere and can’t seem to find an answer. I am looking to start making more power and need to know if internal can handle it.

I always understood the R53 pistons were forged, and the rods. Not the Cooper or R56. The charger would be too much, especially JCW/GP. Can't remember where I read it now, there's little chance they'd survive like they do in the tuned cars @275chp I'd have thought, and I've pulled them out in Jan to check, not a mark. The skirts break sometimes I've read.
