Clusters went out.. Need help!

All of my gauges and clusters are currently not working. I replaced the battery, put in a new alternator, replaced all the fuses, and then replaced the sunroof plug so it drains properly. My headlights work, turn signals, radio, heated seats, interior lights, and also the door locks all work. My car starts right up and has no issues running. The only thing working on my dashboard is my red "airbag" warning light. My power steering is also a little spotty but I'm just now finding out that it's due to a recall.

What else can I check/do?

This was my father's car and it sat for a few years while he was battling cancer. I really want to fix this car but man it has been a huge headache.

I'm in Columbus, Ohio. Should I take it to a specialist? Does anyone know anybody good in the area? I really want to fix this car up but I might need outside help.
