Heated Seat/Mirror Retrofit - Questions for ECS

Car: 2006 R53 Slicktop, non- heated seats (not pre-wired for heat either)

Issue: Leather seats are cold in the winter (winter is coming!!)

Question: I know there are several ways to do a retrofit. I know ECS offers a kit for mini's that have the pre-wired seats. I know ECS offers a kit for one or a pair of seats that comes with the heating element and a single toggle.

Curious to know if the latter can be used with a stock style switch panel (I can buy a used switch panel for like $25 online- just need to know if I can make this work and keep the stock appearance.) I'd just like a warmer seat in the winter months, but would like to keep it was inexpensive as possible.

Additionally, curious if there is a current retrofit option for non-heated mirrors. I know that there used to be something out there but I cannot seem to find it anymore.

Anyone?

I bought the kit with switch from ECS (but I think you can just buy the harness minus the switch also). It took a little work to get that harness in (removing seats, pulling up carpet etc ...) but nothing too intimidating. Biggest thing for me was finding a set of heated seats (since I wanted the English Panther aka Lounge Leather in Gen 2). I would have to check on VIN decoder but I think my car (delivered to Orlando) was a warm weather version. Regardless, it already had the connector for the heated mirrors so that was an easy swap. Also from discussion on this board it appears that the heated mirrors work all the time so you can do this swap without the seat swap (retrofit)
