Auto or stick?

 

 

In my 6-speed I use Redline GL-4 but your Justa is a 5-speed so suggest you verify first. You can always go to the MINI dealer as well.

 

2004 was a split year with Midlands 5-speed transmission up to 7/04 and Getrag 5 speed after.
Redline MTL is a good match for the Texaco MTF-94 factory fill for the Midlands trans.
The Getrag calls for BMW LT-3 which is lighter, but I think it's a little too light and would go with
Redline MTL anyway.
