I have 07 Cooper S auto tran. Manuel said auto trans oil change on 100,000 miles, but I will like to do it earlier. How much does it need and which specfic fluid to choose from?

I'd just buy the fluid from mini. Probably standard automatic transmission fluid though. They can tell you the capacity as well.

 

I have stupid question... if you are changing your own Automatic transmission fluid... Draining is easy, but how do you fill it? The dealer said they force it in with a pressurized bottle from the drain plug... Has anyone actually done this?
