What is this Part for wheel bolts

Hi real quick one what is this called I have these bolts for my tires and want to get a new adapter but can not find one like this just with everything in reverese to what mine are.
Its a wheel key that just gives me the lock keys which none of them are.
I need a new one as the hex end is mostly stripped to a circle and want a new one before I need it.

Thanks

A skilled machinist could shape that hex to a slightly smaller size or even just weld on a new top if you can't locate a new key for your wheel lugs.

When mine failed I put real bolts in and gave up the lock.

You have "tuner lugs", which have slimmer heads needed to fit into some aftermarket wheels. It's different from a lock.
Google search for "BIMECC", the manufacturer stamped on that part. Here is their catalog: http://www.bimecc.it/media/uploads/Star%20Nuts.pdf
Maybe one of these:

Double square or triple hex tool. VW/Audi used these style on their seat bases.
