Bad Fuel Gage???

My Fuel Gage quite working last week, out of the blue, it is always pegged on empty with the light on despite being full. so I went through the fuses, replaced all that correlated with the dash, that didnt help. so i took it a step further and replaced the fuel pump thinking it could be the sending unit and nothing. does any one have any experience with an issue like this???

There are a few posts here with simple instructions for resetting the ECU. The gauges jump around a bit when you do it. Even if it doesn't reset the gauge and fix the issue, you'll be able to see if the gauge can move at all.

It's free at least...

I've seen individuals replace the sending unit to solve this issue before. Look at post #5 in this NAM thread here: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...e-problem.html, as it has some good info.

Ditto, most of the time It's the sending unit or bad/loose wire to the sending unit.
