R50/53 Confused about OBD codes and Issues

Confused about OBD codes and Issues
Hey guys,
Really stumped here. I'm getting three codes.
P1242
P0507
P0136
My car is idling terrible (rough, and way high- usually 1200 to 1700 RPM), and also running rich (can smell and exhaust is black). I'm also averaging about 19 MPG combined (mainly highway). So I figured after all of the troubleshooting I've done, including replacing my bypass valve and getting a vacuum leak test, I'd try the o2 sensor.
From what I understand, that code (P0136) refers to the post cat sensor. But, I know the precat controls mixture. So idk what to try. I feel like I'm having issues with my precat, but the code leads to post. I also know the post was replaced somewhat recently with a Bosch sensor. So they would make sense that it's giving me issues, but it wouldn't affect MPG and whatnot...
Any ideas? Do I just try this new NGK sensor in the precat and see?
