Hi all,
Just wanted to say thanks for all the assistance I have received with getting the 02' Justa restored.
I am going to move into a Hyundai Genesis Coupe for my daily driver (80 Mi round trip). So I will be selling the Justa. I added up my receipts over $6000 for parts (my free labor, LOL). But I enjoyed saving it from the junk yard. It was one of those cars that had been ignored over it's last few years, so maintance/repairs had been ignored. It was leaking from every orifice when I got it. But it had not been abused, wrecked, butchered, etc. Good looking in the BRG/White, and the sunroof is great. I guess I did about all one can do over the last 18 months. Refurbished the 5 speed,new clutch kit, all new Koni FSD suspension, all motor/trans mounts, suspension bushings, every hose replaced, brakes refurbished, etc. I even pulled the interior, shampooed everything, new front and rear speakers, up town Sony head unit.
Couldn't have done it with out you folks helping.

Thanks for saving one from the crusher! I always love hearing about MINI's being saved and brought back to life. Post some pictures of it for us when you can, Jeff. Enjoy the new ride and hope to see you back in the MINI community one day!

 

Genesis is great except for the gas mileage is around 15 city

I would prefer to sell it to someone who would appreciate it rather than anyone off the street.
