R50/53 Wilwood brake question

Wilwood brake question
I tried to look around and find an answer to this somewhere else but didnt see much. I just bought a 2003 mini s and it has a wilwood big brake kit on it. I am in need of new pads and rotors and am wondering if wilwood pads and rotors are the only options? Can I mix an EBC pad onto a wilwood brake caliper with non-wilwood rotors? EBC pad is just used as an example, I am open to anything. I want to use these pads/rotors for a couple track days and street use.
This is all I have found.

p.s. I dont want drilled or slotted...

A vette friend of mine said that the vette "crew" recommend Centric rotors which are $30ish each. I could just ask them if they make a rotor this size....
Diameter: 12.19" (309.6mm)
Width: 0.81" (20.6mm)
Bolt Circle: 8 x 7.00" (177.8mm)
Hole Type: 0.325"
Far Side I.D.: 8.34" (215.9mm)
Lug I.D.: 6.38" (162.0mm)
Weight LBS: 9.6 lbs.
Thoughts?
Thanks for any and all help!

Highly recommend contacting Porterfield. They will be able to get you what you need.

Also, their R4S pads are excellent for the type of driving you will be doing.

It is available in black or red and has a variety of rotors: plain, slotted, or drilled/slotted.
The pads are Wilwood 7816

They are available in a variety of compounds:

The rotors vary in price by the model chosen, pads sold by the axle set also vary by compound.
There is no pad however from Wilwood or any other supplier what will rightly be considered a track and street compound. The ease of changing pads is key with the DPR quick change clip however. For street use BP10 or perhaps 20 compound is ideal. Track based compounds would be Poly B or Poly H for experienced drivers with good tires. The mix of compounds here is fine however mixing compounds from other suppliers can be a problem at times so please consult that supplier.
Standard rotors are "plain" and are better suited for street use only due to their lighter castings. The slotted GT rotor is a much heavier casting, directional and better finished part making it the ideal part for track use. (of course it works well on the street also) There are few other suppliers who have rotors that fit this, thus stick with what works best and is known to be correct will save you time and hassle.
TCE stocks many boxes of pads for this kit as well as some rotor. Clearly if I don't have it we can drop ship it from Wilwood without an issue. Feel free to call or email for a quote based upon what you need. *Pads can be ordered from the page link above if that's all you need at this time.
Enjoy your ride!

I think the OEM rotor for 2003 is 276mm x 22mm. The Wilwood 12.2 has a larger diameter (310 vs 276) and slightly less thickness (20.6 vs 22). The Wilwood is a two piece rotor verse the OEM single piece rotor. The Wilwood BBK is much different than the stock brakes.
Check out TCE Performance Products for Wilwood Rotor prices, they are not too expensive so I suggest you stick with Wilwood rotors if you need rotors. Do you really need rotors? What is the current thickness of the rotor?

Correct, and thanks.
No there is no intermixing of any of this stuff in any way with stock (OEM) or alternate aftermarket rotors, brands or vehicles. The kits are specific to their own needs only.
Within that family of parts there are various rotors: plain, slotted, drilled/slotted etc however.
