Is it okay to drive without the headliner on?
So for reasons unbeknownst to me my car decided that when it rains....it pours. Trevor now has a puddle on the floorboards which I have to clean up tonight and since this is the second time his sunroof hose has come off the right side of the headliner is rather saggy and somewhat ruined. Being a college student I don't really have the money to repair the headliner right now hence the title.
I guess I'm just looking for some reason to not be entirely upset over these temperamental little cars. I already have the sunroof tube somewhat connected. I'm an hour away from my tools so I have to replace the zip tie the previous owner put on with a hose clamp.... and maybe some hot glue.
Thanks Everyone!

A metal screw clamp will last a lifetime....
Zip-ties were once suggested, but it has been proven that water, when frozen, will stretch and pop the zip-ties....so your fix is up to about $2 a side.....just make sure the hose is not plugged...gunk and stopped them up...compressed air can blow them out a bit...
Dry out the car ASAP...the BCM in the passangerside sidewall, and the fusebox on the driver's side wall both corrode, and can total a car at a r53's age in some cases.....
The headliner is for looks and to help limit noise.....it is often removed from track cars to save weight.

Track cars also ditch seats, airbags, stereos, carpet........lol
You will be perfectly fine without a headliner, as far as physically, I can tell you after daily driving without a headliner in my Rx-7 after a while it gets a little depressing every time you look up lol. And my wife picked on me when we took it out lol. But hey, because racecar........
And hose clamps seem like a much better choice than zipties.

Shouldn't be an issue. I have friends with pretty crazy builds that are completely gutted in the interior that they daily drive. Outside noises/elements just will be a bit more pronounced.
