You don't say whether the rims are the same width and offset, but according to this site, they should fit. Your speedo will read higher and you'll sit about 1/2 inch lower.

Wherever you bought them from, should be able to tell you what the new ones are. If you bought them from a wheel shop specifically for your mini then the offset is likely going to be correct.
