Help reassembling my 2005 S

So let me first off start by saying that I'm kinda an idiot for doing what I did, and to thank everyone for their help in advance.

Short of the long, picked this car up with a blown motor for cheap. Took the motor our and bagged all the parts (so I thought) and ordered a new engine 2 months later when I had the time to install it. Now I can't remember where half this stuff goes. I'll post pictures of what I'm looking at and maybe people here can find it in their hearts to assist me Thanks again.

That plastic line goes from your breather valve in your pic on the left side. Goes under the intercooler infront of the fuel rail over to your throttle body.

You can see it here infront of the fuel rail, this is not my image but one from Pelican, that is why the green arrow is there nothing to do with the plastic line your looking at.

Which leads me to my next question. The hard grey plastic line that attaches to the valve cover, where does that one hook up

Starter wiring question now Finn I've got everything else lined up. I had to pull the intake system and switch the main wiring harness around because I had it backwards. Now I have 2 large black wires that look like they could almost both go to the starter motor. I'm having trouble posting clear photos. Do you know how many power wires run to the starter motor and if it's only one, what else behind the block requires that much power. Thanks!

Two big wires to the starter. One heads back to the battery, one heads to the alternator. Both attach to the same post on the starter.
