No I know what that is. I can hear that coming from the flywheel when the car is cold. This is different, it's coming from the pedal when it's being pressed. Even at a complete stop, if you press the pedal in and out, you can hear it squeak.

Ah, that's probably your throwout bearing vibrating against the guide tube in the clutch assembly, if the squeak is coming from the front of the car and not your pedal area.

No, I'm pretty sure it's coming directly from the pedal itself. That's why I was wondering if I just got under there with some PBBlaster and sprayed the joint if it would go away.

Any ideas?
Pretty common complaint about the creaking. Just to rule this out, do you feel any resistance at all towards the end of the pedal travel? Could possible be the throw-out bearing guide tube 23117551719. Does it do it all the time now or only when it has heated up? If you can, just an idea, get it up on ramps/stands and get under there while someone presses the pedal and see if you can maybe pin point where it's coming from. Might or might not help. This person in this thread here, turned out to be the slave cylinder after getting under the vehicle to take a listen to it. Also, lots of information in this NAM thread here. This one here the individual traced it to the return spring on the pedal and lubricated it. There are lots of threads about a squeak and creak noise from the clutch on the 1st gen MINI's and all seem to have somewhat similar or different resolutions.
