Yes, it's purple.

No idea what the wheels are, but I don't think they are mini wheels. There's a centre spacer on the hubs to align them.

I really dig the purple on purple. And the factory color scoop. Mine is only black because mine flew off and I had to buy a new one. Those wheels are most likely not Mini wheels, especially if they require a hubcentric spacer.

I just realised both our purple minis are parked next to blue wrx's ...Spooky, lol.

It would be even more spooky if the WRX's were the same year, my buddy's in the picture is an 03. I like the JDM rear aprons on the car in your pic, they look great!
