Has anyone installed a JCW exhaust on a R53 MCS? Will the hangers fit/line up? any issues? I have the rear section (mufflers) from a 2004 that I want to put on my 2006. Thanks in advance.

 

If it was a facelift 04 it will, if not you will have to use your mount straps.

 

The hangers changes position on the ~2004. They went from being bent back , to bent one back and one towards the middle.

Have you looked at the Milltek , it fits all 2002-2006 as they have both adapters hangers and sounds great.

Yes it will fit. I have 6 years on mine using only the outside hangers. I just measured and cut the stock pipe and got a clamp to attach the jcw to the stock pipe.

gpwpat, how is the sound? I assume you are non-resonated too.
