Hub centric rings for replica BBS

So I have a set of replica BBS rs wheels and I'm trying to figure out the bore of them so I know which rings to buy. I don't see any writing on them indicating a manufacturer and the guy I bought it from "doesn't remember" who made them.

Is there a better way to check besides taking it to a local shop and having them measure it out and possibly charging me something?

If it helps at all, the wheels are 16x7 et35. The guy I got them from originally ordered them to put on his VW Corrado however I'm not 100% sure if that's what they were specifically made for.

You are trying to figure out the diameter of the center bore to determine what size hubcentric ring you need if any to use the wheels on your Mini, right?. If you have calipers you can measure the bore. You could measure with a small ruler also, but needs to be accurate to the millimeter. I read that if your calipers or ruler won't fit, mold some plumbers putty in the hole, then pull it out and measure it. I did some Googling, and it looks like the bore might be 73mm (73.1) and VWs typically use 57mm (57.1mm), and Mini use 56mm (56.1mm). Being a replica I think you'll want to measure it rather than rely on numbers found on the Internet. Are there any hubcentric rings installed in the bores now?

There are no rings on the wheels currently, which is what is making this more difficult. I did some research too and got the same answers you did.

The wheels are lug centric right now and im not doing any highway driving soon so im not too worried about vibrations at high speeds. But i do need the hub centric rings so that i can eventually go higher speeds.

There is a Goodyear service center directly next to my work and i was going to see if they could possibly measure for me tomorrow when i go in but I'm sure it woudnt be free

These 73mm to 56mm hub centric rings are only $6.27 on Amazon and eligible for Prime shipping. Amazon.com returns are free and easy. I would just order them and see if they fit:

Or you can get anodized aluminum for $12.99:

Yeah, totally understand. We want to know all the facts first.

I think the aluminum is a good choice. I run aluminum hub centric rings in my Volk wheels. I found I needed a little lubricant or anti-seize between the ring and wheel to prevent them from sticking, but the rings I have are not anodized and they are a tight fit. When removing the rings it is critical that they are straight otherwise they get jammed.

Please update whether they fit or not.
