Hi all,

It's hot here, so I went to put a drink in my cool glovebox, reached in to turn the valve to "cool" mode (I have A/C) and found that there is nothing there but a rubber plug plugging up the hole that used to have a valve. This is my second glovebox, as my first was replaced due to the door continuously opening (done in 9/03). Has the valve been ditched, or did my dealer do an incomplete install of the new glovebox?

I had the same door problem from day one,got it replaced,right away,and they did not put the valve in,so back I went and they put one in.Now I don't use it, but if there is supposed to be one,then I want it .

 

Thanks-- Yet another thing to put on my list of "things my dealer incompletely/incorrectly installed" for my next service visit. Sheesh.
