Identify this small rubber rectangular part?

So I just bought an '06 JCW and found this little rubber cover thing in the armrest. I have no idea where it goes or what it does. Can someone help me out here?

yes. go fold down your back seats. its a cover for the latch, goes on the car part, not the seat.

The part is 51437047765 Left hand side ( driver side ) and it goes as the finisher cap near the latching point ( hook ) for the rear seat upper portion.

no, its always a fun game i think, the "identify this part" post. also, this is the mini community; called a community for a reason. its kinda a large extended family

you may get some e-insults (thats new to me, haha) if you clearly did NOT try and research stuff on the forums before posting. its more annoying to the rest of us, when say a new R53 owner throws up 3 simultaneous posts asking what size pulley to get when there are literally oodles of posts about it and all other performance aspects of the car.
