Did you wrap the gas cap and door handles?
Ive done the gas cap, but not the handle yet. I plasti-dipped the gas cap though. Ive also made my own shifter boot, and added a couple stickers.

Looking good. I need to get my engine back together and do a few other things cosmetic wise.

I like what you've done to the car. The cartoon bomb is great. I used to have a similar bomb on my bass drum.

Figured I would throw another update up here. Since my last post Ive dipped my wheels white, added a 17% alta pulley, colder plugs, new wires, and 380cc injectors. Also I added a few more stickers.

What's with people blacking out their trim? It looks awful on electric blue/light colored Minis, especially with the white top.

I'm not sure how you could think that. There is already a lot of black on the car with the fenders and skirts. Removing the chrome is one less color on the car.

I guess it's personal preference. I just think of electric blue as a "happy" color and the black trims dumb it down.

It's called "Youification", to each his own. MINIs would be boring if we all liked the same thing.
Slipmagt, where are you finding those stickers?

I like the Got Whine and the out line of the MINI. If you sell them, can I buy them in red?

Got whine is from FatboysGraphics on etsy. The small outline is from Detroit tuned and the bigger one is from StuckonMINIs. I'm not going to posts any links here directly though.

Got a deal on a Bytronic FA53, and got a wideband installed since my last post. Also got a header, some new tires, and a few more stickers.

Saw you were going to replace the headliner in an earlier post in this thread. How did that go? Any pics? I'm going to have to do mine soon.

I replaced mine his past weekend. Not too bad, there are basically two plastic pieces holding it up, aside from anything you have to screw in place. Went in and out through the passenger door.
If I had to do it again, I'd actually fully remove, or loosen the A and B pillars. I didn't the first time around, or when installing. No wrinkles, but just took some additional moving.

It went pretty good. I need to do it again as I don't really.love the fabric I choose. There wasn't really anything I liked at the time. Next time I'm.going to have a helper. I underestimated the amount of fabric that the up and down curves would use and its anbit tight through there.
