So today I changed my brake hose as the old one was shredded. After everything I turn the car on pump the pedal and it still goes all the way to the floor and I check the line and brake fluid is dripping from the banjo fitting. I compared the two and it seems the OEM one flares out at each end of the fitting while the new one does not. Could this be the problem? I didn't have time to take pictures before work but I'll put them up tonight. Thanks!

 

Did you use new crush washers?

 

I did not. What size washers should I get?
