SS Brake Lines vs Brass Guide Bushings

I do my modifications a little at a time so I was wondering which I will get better or more noticeable results from, a set of Stainless Steel Brake Lines or a set of Brass Guide Bushings for the calipers? Or is this not even a comparison?

i would say the stainless lines, since if the rubber lines are old, they will still stretch rendering the brass guides useless

i think with those brass guides, you have to grease them regularly... so be aware of that!

Stainless lines, thats the way to go since it stiffens the entire line vs the brass guides where it only focuses on a single point.

Thing about it, the reason you want to upgrade to stainless steel lines is to get better braking, and the reason the rubber lines are no good is because they flex when the brakes are applied because of the internal pressure. With the SS lines you dont have that flex.

You will notice the brake stiffening bushings more than the lines. Both are good improvements but the bushings seem to be easier to notice.

Yes you should grease them at least once a year.
