Mentally frustrated.. P0123 P0223

Long story short.... I just removed the engine and transmission and did a re-seal on the engine and a clutch change.

When I try to start it it revs up to about 1200 and the idle drops to barely running. When I apply throttle I can get it to rev to 2000 and no more.

When I check the 6 pins on the throttle body connector there is 5VDC on the two outer pins. The scan tool shows 100%TP position. This is the correct connector for the TPS correct?

Help! Can someone provide an electrical schematic or other to help with this?

I've only seen this once before and it wasn't in a MINI. The problem was that the throttle needed to be calibrated. This can only be done with a manufacturer specific diagnostic tool.

Victory!!

Bought an online manual and rung the pins to the throttle body. One pin was bent over inside the connector on the TB. I could not believe it. Made two pry tools and used a mirror to bend it back. Unbelievable!!
