Ditching the K&N

After buying a nice used '06 Cooper S, I replaced the TMAP and MAP, and O2 sensors (due to a P2096 & P0113 codes the day after signing papers), car has 17% combo pulley (15% and 2%). Magnaflow exhaust. Any idea why I'm still getting the P0113 code, my guess is oil from the K&N.

Was it over oiled last time it was cleaned ?

Been running various filters in my R53 ( Cotton fiber/gauze medium and foam ) that use oil as a means to trap dirt/dust and never had that code.

But, until I added the JCW injectors the lean code did come up quite often...

The lean code hasnt come back since I replaced the sensors, it has 112000 miles on it, so in addition to figuing that it wouldnt hurt to replace the sensors I had found out from Dynasport that the P2096 was a code that my reader wouldnt clear and would keep coming back, it hasnt come back since he cleared it. Now I'm just trying to figure out the generic P0113 code, I put a Mini filter in and cleared the generic code. hasnt come back yet. so we will see. I also cleaned the Post SC MAP sensor with some cleaner.
