Abs/dsc/tpm issue

Hello,
I'm new to this forum and hoping someone has seen this issue before. First of all, I want to say that I have done extensive research on this prior to this post so please don't think i wasting your time by not reading the hundreds of other ones I've seen. Which I will explain in the following:

I bought a second hand R53 S type and feel in love with it. Everything seemed ok for the most part. until i started to get a solid ABS/DSC light and when I started to drive my TPM will light on causing the trio of lights. After reading all the forums I have done the following the same end result:
1. Scanned with generic OBD2 to reset lights
2. Took to BMW dealership (not authorized Mini Dealership) None in Idaho. Was informed front left wheel speed sensor was bad. Removed/replaced myself including all of the other three.
3. Visually inspected all wheel bearings
4. Multimetered for continuity, short to grounds, shorts from the ABS module to all sensors all were good.
5. Even ignorantly cleaned all sensors and wheel bearings as a last ditch effort.
6. Started multimetering for power in the engine compartment ABS system to see if we were getting power. Got power in the engine compartment
7. Multimetered for power in the left side interior fuse box. Four fuses were required to multimeter. Three were good, the fourth (F2 the ASC 5A) was not receiving any power and is supposed to be "Hot" at all times. As far as Im aware this power goes straight to the "Steering Angle Sensor" which I also understand may cause this "Trio Light"

Now I don't have a service manual. I needed to see where the power for this circuit breaker comes from. I'm wondering if the previous owner had cut the ABS/DSC line for track racing purposes which to me seems stupid but have seen stuff like this done before. I've really hit a wall and any information will be much appreciated!!

You replaced all 4 abs sensors? Did you get oem ones? I have the same issue with the right front. ( mine got damaged ). Same thing with the TPM /DSC/ABS lights. Along with check engine. In my case, there are days it acts 100% normal with no lights on at all. Good luck.

Hi Noodlesandsam,

So yeah I changed out all four with OEM parts, I was so sure it was going to be a ABS sensor. I did notice that one of the fuses that goes to the Steer angle sensor has no power (fuse 2/ 5A). I got a wiring schematic off a forum only its not a complete one. I know where the power goes from the fuse box (steering angle sensor) only I dont know where the power comes from to the fuse box. Ive been looking everywhere online for a wiring schematic.

Mine too has the same problem, it all started when I got the car in a huge puddle ( I even got EML light and got stuck on 2kRPM)

I'm taking the car tomorrow to the mechanic (mini dealer), yesterday he looked at it and said it was the pulse generator (or something like that) I'll let you know what was in my case, hopefully will help you...

I had the same issue. The day I bought the car (used) it was a 2 hour drive back to my house. I was about 20 mins from home when it first started. Had the issue for almost two months then I checked the tire pressure in all 4 wheels and adjusted them to match exactly because they where a little high and the light went out and has not come back.
