I have a R50 bone stock except for DDM Way Intake. I want to run the R53 exhaust on my R50. Im already aware of the need to replace the rear bumper with one off an R53. Im sure someone else has done this and im looking for tips and advice. Will any brackets work for the driver's side exhaust? Also will the stock brackets for the r50 exhaust work when i run the r53 exhaust? Would it be easier to straight pipe it with a muffler? Im in need of the advice of someone who has already done this!

It's an 02 oem r53 hardtop s exhaust with about 62k miles on it. I live in Orlando so no snow/salt rust dmg. Gotta sell some stuff before I can replace it but if I can presell my one that would be a big step towards a new one.

You don't need to replace the entire rear bumper. From what I understand, you can replace the black valance at the bottom of the bumper with the one from an R53. That will give you the cutout in the center for the exhaust to exit. You'll also need to lose the spare tire. R50s had them, but R53s did not.
