2003 MCS Performance/Exterior Kit

Hey everyone,

So I am finally deciding on making some big changes on my 03 MCS. I have a $1000 budget now and I am in between making changes on the Engine or the exterior. So what would you guys do on your stockish mini if you have the same budget. I am thinking of the Alta Pulley, but I don't know what else I should do. HELP

1. Rear sway bar
2. Powerlfex LCA bushings
3. Smaller pulley, belt and colder plugs.
4. Front Powerflex sway bar bushing.
5. Helix short throw shifter adapter.

That will eat up all your money.
