Sorry guys, I must have forgot to update this. Anyway, I cut the stock pulley of in pieces. It was a pain and took forever but it did finally come off. I then ordered that same seal that I posted in the link, unfortunately it seems to be leaking a few drops every day from that seal. I may have to remove the SC again to replace that seal, although I was very careful while installing it and it seemed to go in just fine.

Aside from that everything has been great.

Air Body Saw Worked Great

Thanks to BlwnAway, I successfully used an air body saw to cut down the pulley to within a spark plug gap's width of the shaft and broke it off with a medium strength strike with a dead-blow hammer on a chisel. Cutting oil kept the blade moving smoothly (so it would not grab and possbly jump forward to ding the seal) and allowed me to get both cuts done using a single blade. At the end, I shut down the air compressor and let the saw slow down as I made alternating cuts on either side very near the shaft.
