Wont start. Hmmm - Fixed!

So long story short:
About 3 weeks ago my MCS 'died' and had to be towed. Was advised on here that it may be my crank pulley. I've been in the process of checking this. Few days ago I got the fuel tank vent valve off, wheel off, and the well liner off and inspected what I could see of the belt. Still need to get pulley removal tool to check to see if that was my original problem. Though it's not loose to any degree.

I forgot to put the valve back on and few days later, aka today, I went to crank just because it had been a few days. Only the mini wouldn't crank.

Doesn't click but all things powered work and come on. Just no magic happens. Car sits at 12v and stays there when I attempt to crank. Turn things on and the volts didn't drop. (Battery is brand new. It's literally like 3 weeks old.)

A guy that was working on his car next to mine jumped me. It still didn't want to crank for a good chunk of time. I could feel it pull like it was trying.. but still wouldn't. Finally when it did everything sounded perfect (for once). Turned off about 5 minutes later and tried to turn back on about 30seconds later.. still no crank.

What could possibly be the problem now?
Here I was hoping I'd have her up and running soon but it seems like she doesn't want to budge. (Enjoying the shade under the tree maybe?)

check the main ground for the engine its the strap on the passengerside motor mount. Its held in place with a 13mm nut and bolt. Sounds like it isn't tightened.

Well I'll be damned. That was it.
I thought I put it on tight enough but I guess not.

Well I'm glad it wasn't something major. Got enough major issues. lol.
Thanks!
