Boost on an 02 MCS?

What should boost be at on a stock 02 MCS? I hooked up my ScanGauge 2 last night and at redline in 4th it was only showing 8.5 pounds? and most of the time it was/is staying in vacuum

This doesnt seem right to me? I was thinking it would be at least 10-12

If you are at red line in 4th in a standard MCS I wouldn't expect to see 10

Depends....
An exhaust or head work results in showing lower boost ...but flowing more AIR...remember....boost is just an indication of how hard you are having to stuff air into the motor...
How many miles on the car and on the SC (if known)?
Aalso your elevation above sealevel has a bit of an effect...
