oil leaks

I searched but couldn't find anything certain.

I'm looking at a getting a R53 but the PPI done by the dealer came back with a couple of oil leaks. Here is a link to the pictures (scroll to the bottom of the page).

Can anyone identify what components look like they're leaking?

Thanks for the help.

Looks like the top line on the power steering pump and drips down the collect dirt and debris. Could be the line or the clamp. Check the PS so its not low.

#2 Clamp for top and bottom of line

The other one looks like the front of the oil pan gasket and blowing back to the drain plug. I would make sure the drain plug is sealed and on tight.

Without better picture of the pan, that's what it look like.

Thanks
