I removed the rear tire because of a knock on every rotation of the wheel and found that the wheel lugs where the only thing holding the disc to the wheel hub.. the TORX that holds the disc to the hub was broken off .. so now the remaining piece needs to be drilled out and replaced.. could someone point me in the right direction as to where I can pick up the Torx M10 X 13 soon? I'm in Canada

Unless you are stressing that it is missing, IMO don't worry about it. All the torx screw does is secure the rotor for when you put the wheels on. It serves no real purpose other then that.
