Anybody know why I can not unlock the door manually with my key I insert the key into the lock and it won't turn at all both inside and out door handles work fine key fob unlocks and locks fine just cannot do it manually?

 

Its seized probably, when you don't use the outside key lock for a while they get dirt and salt and tend to stick.

Apply some spray lube first. Use a spray lube with the little straw to reach into the keylock past the little flap. Soak it down. Then insert the key and work it back and forth. Be easy on it and it should turn after a while.

I have another problem I went to try my spare key to unlock the door to see if it worked manually and no luck but I tried it with the fob and it didn't work anyone now how to program a key for a 2004 mcs?

 

So your Key fob will not unlock the door now? Were you able to spray the lock with grease and then try working it.
