There's a lot of "what did you do to your MINI" on here, which is perfectly acceptable, but here's a little "what did you learn about your MINI".

I bought my car used, me being the 2nd owner, so I didn't know a lot about it aside from the carfax. I knew it came into the country through Charleston, SC- which is where I lived when I got the car, which was kind of cool. You can see the big ships in the harbor taking BMWs built at the Spartanburg, SC plant across the Atlantic, so it's kind of neat my MINI made the opposite trip.

Someone mentioned the dealer would be able to see more detailed records about my vehicle based on the VIN, so while picking up a part I asked the parts guys if he could pull that data for me. He did, and gave me a printout. I was really curious whether or not my car had a LSD. I guess not based on this. Still pretty cool info. Assuming I don't have LSD, I otherwise applaud the individual who spec'd out my car.
