Judging from the BMW Compact in the background, those aren't fake euro plates. Thus, I would guess they are available in Europe somewhere. On this side of the pond, your best bet would be to get a local sign shop to replicate the look. Either that or hit up Matt at CooperFlags.

That's an English car from somewhere around Preston. Chances are he bought it from the local dealer. Try looking at MINI UK and sending them an email. They may know where the stripes can be found.

Also, did you see the roof...looks like a spider web type pattern. Cool.
