I also saw a boxed set of about 20 of the "kid connection" matchbox style cars which included a red MINI Cooper. Was not about to buy it, but I will be looking through the individual cars to find a single one in the future.

I did see about a half dozen Italian Job MINI's from the Johnny Lightning collection, but since I have them all, I left them for the next guy.

I've never stepped foot in a Walmart (yes, there is one in my town) and I'll be happy if I die being able to say the same thing!

I was in Wal-Mart today checking out the toys for my grandson and didn't see any MINI Cooper toys, but I did see some RC Hummers. MINI's here in Okla are just starting to show up so not many MINI toys as of yet.

I did see a toy Ford F-150 with a gun rack in the back window, but then you would expect that back here

Amen! What a novel idea, support local businesses who actually care about the communities they serve.

Wal-Mart bad, Mom&Pop good.

Went to Walmart today and picked up the one with the Chevy truck.

It was only $12.96....you'd think it was made in Thialand or somewhere.

I have cut way back on my trips to Walmart, I'd like to see some alternatives stay in business. Their practice of threatening suppliers unless they sell to other stores at the price Walmart says they can is a big turn-off. That and the Walmart commercials taking about how wonderful they are for the community.

Deli, your occupation says "Union" -- does that have anything to do with your views? Wallmart provides good value, the people I know who work there love their jobs, their tax dollars support local communities, I could go on... Not sure they'll miss your business, but we'd miss them!

No uinion for me, and NO WalMart either. Those nice folks you speak of transfer employee benefits from stockholders to taxpayers. They put folks out of business and than rape the community. Hope your kid finds a good job there!

The cars are cool! WalMart is not IMHO.

Regardless,

Also, Price Fixing is illegal. if you can prove what they are doing Sam could be in deep dodo if someone wanted to bring it to the attention of the States Attorney General.
