Subframe Reinstall

I am replacing the front control arm bushings and front inner/outer ball joints on my '03 MCS. I dropped the subframe, and now I'm in the process of putting everything back together...

However...I am having an issue re-installing the subframe. If I install the bolts on the control arm bushing carriers first...none of the subframe bolts (front or rear) line up. If I install the front or rear subframe bolts first, the bolts for the control arm bushing carriers do not line up. I am lost at this point in time...anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Some pictures might be helpful but the first thing I would check would be the control arm bushings. That's the variable part and maybe they aren't on all the way or correctly. Are you using some sort of jack to lift the subframe up? If you aren't lifting it up evenly maybe the angles are working against you. I've dropped two subframes and didn't have problems with aligning the bolts.
