Woooo, just as his topic says - let the kid vent. Its getting little personal.

I'm one of the older guy (39 old?) and my experience has been fairly good, most of the time. But once in a while, I do get treated badly... and this is with buying multiple BMW's, Mercedes and Mini.

When this happens, I do step back and not get too emotional. Its just part of the life (I know, I wasn't always like that, especially when I was 18).

As for entitlement, there is no such thing as guaranteed entitlement. It all depends on whether you requested loaner (or other arrangement) when you made the appointment. So if they didn't guaranteed it, expect the least. Also, I was 18 once too and there were lot of things that I could do or other people showing me respect. Again, its life.

So, vent if you like and you'll have my sympathetic ear, then cool down

By the way, if you really want to hear a vent, lets talk about ... my job, mortgage, etc.
