Installer & Shock Replacement Recommendations
My 2005 MINI Cooper S is at 93,000 miles and even though my original shocks are fine, I'm thinking of replacing them before fall. I am a non sprited driver and drive only on good roads so just a normal vs. sport shock is all I need. Live in the Albany, New York area and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good non dealer installer and a good quality shock replacement. I have no issue driving 4 hours or more to find a good quality installer who is familar with MINI's and can be trusted.
Thanks in advance!

After almost 100k miles your shocks are done.. the issue with shocks is that they wear down so gradually that you don't know how bad (or how much you were just riding on your springs) they are until you get fresh ones! Go for some new ones, it will freshen up your car a lot and you will love it! Sprinted driver or not, it's the biggest thing you can do for the ride outside of fresh tires.
