Vaies widely depending on your area....
And if the shop has the mini specfic pully puller...
can be as little as a 6 pack and a pizza...
Or as much as 300$ plus parts in more $$ urban area....
Ask you local mini centric shop!! I have seen them done in 30 min or heard as lond as 2 hours or so of shoptime....so the experance of the installer plays a huge part. Also spend the $25 on a new, shorter belt, the similar amount on a tensioner stop, and jcw sparkplugs (same as s, but one step cooler).
Not knowing your location...
It is hard to speculate....

I am in the Bay Area.
got a quote from Bay Bridge motors for $400, that was for pulley, belt & install.

Another place in Dublin said they can't install a pulley unless it was CARB legal, this was from a lady there, and I got their name from NAM which a few people recommended.

I like the Alta package and might add the crank pulley since they are in there anyways, but just not sure how much I should be paying. Don't want to get ripped off and pay more than I have to. Thanks.

I can't remember how much mine cost because I had some other stuff done to the car at the same time. I do highly reccomend the Alta pulley pack and the lightened crank pulley though, big difference on how the car feels.
