How do I install chrome around my tach and cupholders?

I am living in Hawaii right now, but will be back in california for 4 months during summer months. I already ordered some lower control arm bushings and front swaybar bushings from Way. My friend plans on installing them with me when I get back home to my car, so with that extra $400-500 I am saving, I want to get that chrome lining installed around my tach, cup holder, main speedometer in the middle, etc....

Anyone have any info on this? Easy install? I'd rather order from online rather than paying out the @$$ for them at BMW. If anyone has a link to them, or maybe a guide to install, that'd be awesome.

You have two options: one OEM and second is retro

I have the retro kit which includes just stick on chrome pieces . You can find the kit on line. I got mine from Mini Mania. The advantage of this kit is that you do not have to remove any dash pieces to install the kit.

Mini Mania also sells the OEM kit but it requires you to remove parts of the dash for the Speedo and center vents and the side vents etc to get replace the chrome.

One different you will note is that the retro kit chrome pieces are larger and cover both the inside and out side of the holders, where as the OEM fit inner lip of the holders.

You can find diy on this site that show you how to remove the dash pieces if you go that way.

Check out his site

They has two way sticky tap. All you do is clear the surface with alcohol and stick them on.

the link provided looks like they are actual OEM ones, not sticky...but I might go ahead and order the tach because it's a lot less than what minimania had. thanks!
