I've noticed that when my 02MC is first driven in cool weather (32-45) that the gearshift squeaks going from gear-to-gear. As the car warms up, it pretty much well goes away. I know that several people have posted about the 02 5-speed needing some adjustments, so is this part of a normal MINI quirk, or a lurking, larger problem?
